Early in year as this provider, accepted my insurance in network. Mid year became a non network provider! Didn't notify me before my next appointment! I should have been notified prior! Very shady.. cost me over 100 dollars!! Live and learn Feels like $$$ greed not telling me prior.. my last dentist did the same thing ,but had the decency to tell me prior to appointment.. I lost all trust.. would give a negative of I could. Just not right!! Beware.

Alisa the hygienist is awesome. She made the deep cleaning very pleasant. She made sure my face didn’t feel like a mess at the end. I didn’t feel a lot of pain after. I was sick on the day of the appointment. The office set me another day almost a week later, which I appreciate very much.

We have been patients of Dr Uniat for 20 years. During those 20 years we have been very happy with the service we have received until this last visit. Upon receiving our eob for service we found we owed over $300 for our yearly cleaning. I called the office to find they are no longer accepting united health care insurance. His office staff said they did not get reimbursed enough to make it worth their time. I understand, but was disappointed that we were not notified prior to the appointment so that we could make a decision whether to continue to be patients. We recieved multiple text messages and phone call reminders of our appointments but no mention of the insurance changes. I guess we will be looking for a new dentist.

Best Dentist Ever. Even my kids look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone in the office is so nice and caring. Dr. Brooks is the best dentist we have ever been to. He has gained the trust of my children by being honest and caring. They know he will listen to their concerns so they are comfortable letting him work on their teeth. Thank you for being a great dentist!
