Vision Specialists of Idaho--Dr. Darren Heiner OD

From the minute I walked in the ladies up front were incredible. So welcoming and helpful. They made sure I was taken care of and assured me that my needs would be met, which they were. The lady who took me back for my initial check (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was wonderful. I'm going through alot at the moment and she made sure to help me through the process and assured me again that my what I came to do would be accomplished. The doctor was very helpful and understanding, answered every question perfectly and made sure I wasn't rushed but had plenty of time to ask anything I needed and to understand everything. I will definitely be coming back, especially when I need to buy new glasses. I 100% recommend Vision Specialists of Idaho!

I absolutely love this office. Every single employee is so sweet and helpful. They get to know their patients and you feel so welcome. Dr. Heiner is an excellent dr who takes lots of time to make sure your eyes are healthy and your prescription is correct. I will never go anywhere else.

Being someone that worked in optometry for many years I can honestly say that this staff and Dr are fabulous!!! Dr Heiner takes as much time as needed and then some to make sure you know exactly what’s goin on with not only your vision but your eye health as well. The optician ( I am kicking myself that I can’t remember her name but she knows I adore her) is amazing at what she does as well as just being down right sweet and fun! I highly recommend this office!

Had a foreign object in my eye and was a walk-in patient. They happily greeted me and I could tell they really cared about my situation! They were able to remove the metal from my eye fast and pain free! I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone needing eye care.
