I was totally at ease here. I've had a dental fobia forever. But the whole team was absolutely amazing. I was comfortable and at ease. I have an absolutely horrible schedule, but they were able to work me in whenever I got to town. I would recommend Larson Dental to anyone. Can't thank you guys enough. 😁

I recently visited Dr. Jeff Larson’s dental practice in Caldwell and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The office is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed, with a calm, welcoming environment. The staff was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. I had requested X-rays from my previous practice just the day before, and I was impressed that they were already loaded into my patient chart and ready for the staff to review with me. My dental hygienist, Jordan, provided an outstanding cleaning—thorough yet gentle. Dr. Larson was very professional: knowledgeable, attentive, and delivered clear explanations of his findings and recommendations. One of the standout aspects of this practice was their respect for my time. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment

This was hands down one of the most unwelcoming healthcare experiences I’ve had. I was running 12 minutes late to my appointment. Not an hour, not a no-show and received a cold, unfriendly text message telling me not to come in. No phone call. No “Are you close?” No effort whatsoever to work with me. Just a flat cancellation like I was an inconvenience instead of a patient. Consider I have been on time to my other appointments and they make me wait until they are ready. Then they added insult to injury by charging me a $60 fee. If a dental office is willing to lose a patient over 12 minutes and send impersonal, dismissive messages instead of treating people with basic courtesy, that tells you everything you need to know about how they value patient care. Our family started treatment here and we are all very happy with the experience. Gentle and caring with our 9 year old who is scared of dentist. A crown that was recommended somewhere else was not needed yet-if at all. Caring and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful clean office inside! Dr. Larson is great!

The staff was awesome, Jeff Larson worked on my 6 year old who needed a tooth extracted. My son had a great experience, he said he didn’t feel any pain and gave me a thumbs up!
