West Valley Hospital

I have never been in rehab before till I fell and had next surgery for my c5 and c6 because I fell in my home and had no left side working still rehab as I am writing g but this is amazing because they know what I need and so compassionate and caring people who i never met and really starting to get back and knowing thati am going to my service and know I will succeed in my rahb after I leave thanks them I am more than ever but still at low baseline that I have confidence that with help I will be to get dog training since I am dog trainer my world my life is coming because of this wonderfully people who truly care about who are and you wanted. I love with everything heart thank you for giving back my life.

A huge THANK YOU to Danielle and Tanya in the imaging dept. I had an appt for MRI on 11-28-25 in the p.m. and from the very start my experience was amazing .Both of these women were so kind ,patient and experienced with a patient with extreme pain .PLEASE recoginize these wonderful staff members .They are a great asset to the hospital team. Not very ADA accessible. Husband is in wheelchair and can't do steps/curbs. I had to park in the dumpster area to unload him. Nurses we dealt with seemed less than thrilled we were there. Granted it was a Sunday and he was sent for an MRI from his primary doctor; but going by this experience, I would never choose Dallas Hospital...I would rather drive to a more accommodating and friendly hospital.

Horrible MRI experience. I do not recommend going here for an MRI. The kid here was incredibly unprofessional and I didn’t feel comfortable with him at all.

I would not recommend I went to this place after I broke my ankle at work; they were zero help. They couldn’t read the X-rays, they had zero knowledge about the injury, they gave me nothing for pain management, and sent me home with a five-dollar air brace that didn’t fit properly. I went to another place where they mentioned it’s broken in more than one place and I should’ve received better help. I would not recommend this place if you want actual care or treatment.
