had an appointment for some major work in my 5 year old. per Op they were all talking about how the operating room was a clean room. and it was far from that. actually appeared to be just another bay next to the one we were already in. The anesthesiologist and everybody in this building Was very Persistent with the fact that I did not need to see them Take my five year-old back there so I walked out to the reception desk where they do appointment scheduling just to wait for him to be put under. the receptionist started to get disrespectful as did the doctor. The only excuse they could come up with for me Not to see what they were doing was it's a clean room, but if it was a clean room Then why was everybody in there, including the receptionist at Anesthesiologist did not have a hairnet on

Everything else is fine, except their is an Asian doctor who is way to rough on kids mouth. My daughter said she could feel a needle or sharp tool really close to her eye, Definitely recommend switching person if he enters to do any procedure.

Lack of communication, has patient sign forms without even seeing or reading them. Pushed a tooth pull without any discussion or advance notice. Had to ask to have a conversation with the dentist before he came in and pulled my 8 yo daughters tooth. They acted bothered, and impatient with me. I know service sucks for OHP patients, but this was completely out of range. Plus my daughter had other teeth to fill, and he just said to go back to the one in Lincoln city. I've gone through 3 appointments for fillings, and have still not received any in over 2 months.
