Awesome folks, best docs in the valley. very cheerful and helpful staff. They keep my pups and cats in goof fighting trim!

I recently moved 45 minutes away but needed to pick up medicine for my dog before I make the switch to a new vet. I called ahead of time and stated I’d be there around 5:32pm (they close at 5:30) and asked if that would be okay. The lady said yes, no problem and that they’d have it ready. I pull up sure enough at 5:32 and they were closed down. She came to the window and said they closed down their computers already. Not a sorry, not a care in the world. An hour and a half of driving and gasoline and time wasted after be assured it would be okay. That’s the 2nd time this vet office has been unreasonable within 9 months of being a patient.

My dog had a "cherry eye." I took her to the folks at Polk Veterinary Clinic and after exploring other (non-surgical) options, we decided to have the eye fixed with surgery. I turned out great. This is her "after" photo and she's back to her normal happy self. Fantastic staff and great care.

One of the best vets we've taken our pets to. They're incredibly knowledgeable, honest, kind, and caring on every level.
