BestMed Urgent & Primary Care - Dallas

Although it took awhile to be seen, I figured I could be as patient as the 6 year old and his dad waiting. What a well behaved little boy! Dr. Levi and his nurse were very attentive. Ten thumbs up to how down to earth all your staff are from check in, to doctor. Your patient services were outstanding today. Thank you!!

My experience at Dallas Best Med Primary Care has been great. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and all staff were friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Dr Wheeler provided a thorough exam, listened to my concerns and explained my lab reports. She is very friendly and has a practical approach to problem solving, that I liked very much. I appreciate being able to have labs drawn at the same building as my primary care appointments. I’ve been very happy as a patient at BestMed Dallas for about one year now. Second time going here in two months with same outcome. Told 30 minute wait time but waited 80-90 minutes both times. I’m a Navy Vet so I have no problem waiting , But I don’t like being misinformed. Feels like a scam to keep people in the waiting area.

They tried to charge me up to 900$ for a visit in surprise bills 3 weeks after the visit that were on “autopay” this is after they accepted my insurance and I paid my portion day of visit. During this visit the best experience was the one kind nurse. I did not receive the care I went in there for, only left with my condition worse.
