West Town Massage

Receptionist calls me now that I'm a repeat customer,using public transportation,to clarify my arrival time! After presenting my card at the front counter,a therapist is waiting and ushers me to my small room. I take notice and tip accordingly. I always offer a reason to the therapist Dianna booked for me! Although the bus fare is reduced fare afew minutes late stresses me! No fault of my own,I'm well received and ten minutes into the massage,what was i talking about,oh yeah, the buses are sometimes late.l might should offer the receptionist a dollar,just jeering!

There was literally no questions asked what I wanted or needed. No real communication .Massage was short 20 minutes I was supposed to have an 90 minute massage . Every time someone walked into the facility you could hear the door ding. Not the greatest experience so I won’t be back

I’ve been here a couple of times, and both times Sophia has done a marvelous job! I got the 90 minute massage which was absolutely necessary. She did a lot of work on my legs and lower back, I felt so much better when I left!!

I got the 60 minute full body with my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed it. At first I didn’t know what kind of technique my masseuse was using but as she got into the session she was very confident in her work. She did mostly focus on my back, which I needed the most, and still gave some needed attention to my legs and hands and feet. I would recommend

So I paid for the 90 min full body. 130 plus I left tip because I’m not a jerk. However the lady kept dozing off. She scratched my head for like 30 min. You could feel her slow down then stop then wake back up and start scratching again. Spent atleast 20 min on one foot due to dozing off. Told her medium pressure then had to ask for more pressure. Felt like the whole time she just rubbing oil on me no massage. I work a lot of hours too and am also exhausted but damn that was so very dissatisfying. I not leave her name because I not want her to get in trouble because I understand how desperate times are but I am so very upset and wasted my very hard earned Dear owner every review that was not good you didn’t listen to your customer. Of course your therapist will not admit to do
