I learned a lot seeing Jacob how important we should be take care of our feet. The type of shoes to wear. Jacob is so great explaining the ortho inserts of my shoes. Always flexible with scheduling. The inserts feels great. Highly recommend to see Hacob for special orthotics that could eliminate potential issues in the future. Thanks Jacob!

I have seen Jacob for 2-3 different physical therapy evals and treatments as well as for orthotics. He is the best PT I have seen in the Knoxville area. Previously, I have seen a few PTs based on “free” services based on employment benefits, etc. I followed Jacob as he opened his own business. He is both personable and professional as he maintains cutting edge knowledge and skills in his area of expertise.

I would give Jacob Treadway at Peak Motion Performance Physiotherapy 10 stars if I could. I walked in pain from years of misunderstood foot issues. An intense bout of plantar fasciitis was the last straw. Jacob provided me with both specific exercises to address each issue (which he DID understand) and created custom orthotic insoles that have resulted in my pain going from a 12 on a scale of 10 to zero. His pricing for consult appointments and products is reasonable, too.

I was a patient of Jacob's earlier this year, and I could not recommend him enough. He saved me from years of headaches! I mean, seriously, he not only helped fix the problem, he talked me through it and walked in the pain with me. Such a genuine and wonderful man who is truly working in what he was called to. He is creative in his exercises, finding ways to isolate pain and target those muscles to make them stronger and healthier. He laughed with me on days when I was feeling good and let me cry on days that I wasn't. He prayed with me and showed me kindness every day I was there. I will always appreciate how he never stops learning and growing in his strengths, encouraging his patients alongside him. 100/10!!!!
