Dr. Ritchey is an outstanding doctor. He has great communication skills and an approachable, friendly demeanor. He gives compassionate, yet direct advice and can be trusted to deliver the best possible results for his patients. I had extensive foot correction surgery a month ago and Dr. Ritchey did a superb job. He also provides helpful guidance through the recovery phase. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hancock and the entire staff were outstanding. They were incredibly accommodating and patient with my 11-year-old and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made my child feel comfortable the entire time. The office was efficient, friendly, and clearly well run. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a podiatrist who is great with kids and families.

I had my first appointment with Dr Hancock and I really like him and his style. The support staff was also easy to work with and answered my questions before I saw the doctor. I had a two week follow up amount today and I really appreciate the crew at Heelex Podiatry. Dr Hancock was friendly, knowledgeable and I can recommend him for your feet issues

The office staff is very efficient, friendly and helpful. The nurse was exceptional!!.. Dr. Hancock explained everything to me, and fixed my problem without any pain, he knew I was very anxious and talked to me thru the procedure making it a lot easier than I expected!!

The staff is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Ritchie is the best. He’s been my foot doctor for years and has always gone beyond to make sure the care I received was top notch.
