I had a wonderful experience at Tennessee Hearing Instruments. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly knowledgeable. Mark Pate took the time to carefully check my hearing aid and make sure everything was working properly. He explained things clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and their hearing health. It’s not always easy to find a place where you feel both confident in the service and comfortable as a patient, but Tennessee Hearing Instruments definitely delivers on both. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing care.

I wish I could give 100 stars! After telling my husband to get his hearing checked months ago I finally made an appointment at another specialist. They tried to sell us the most expensive aids and were highly against the ones insurance covered. I did research and looked for the best audiologist I could find in a 50 mile radius. I discovered Tenn Hearing and made an appointment. During the first appointment I knew we were in the right place. No pressure, no sales tactics, just pure honesty. The doctor was amazing as was everyone we encountered. Hearing aids were ordered and my husband was fitted today. They thoroughly went over every detail with my husband. My appointment was on 1-9-26. I have seen Dr. Smith for over two years and every visit is a good experience! He always easily explains what’s happening with my hearing loss and is willing to help in any way that he can. That means a lot!!
