I visited a different urgent care around the corner on California Ave two days before visiting ZoomCare and was basically brushed off, sent home with no treatment and told to come back in 3 days if things got worse. By the second day, my symptoms were unbearable and I was genuinely concerned for my health. Instead of returning to that other provider, I was able to make an appointment at ZoomCare quickly. Marie Srinivasan provided excellent care, actually listening to me (even making eye contact and not just looking at a computer screen like at the other place). She went above and beyond and prescribed what I needed in the short term to bring me some relief and in the mid term to get rid of the illness. This was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care center. The place was very nice and clean and updated. It was very easy to make an appointment online, and I didn't have to wait very long at all to be taken in. Everyone was very nice. Marie was very attentive and made sure to go over all of my needs in detail. I felt extremely comfortable at this facility.

I have had very mixed experiences at this location. I often use it if getting into my PCP will take to long but I have an acute, non-emergency issue. Sometimes the provider I see is competent and other times they are not. At my most recent visit, with Robert Ruvkun, I had an abysmal experience. I went in for shoulder pain after sleeping on my shoulder funny and not feeling any better for about a week. Not something I would usually seek medical attention for, but given the amount of time it had been bothering me I figured I probably actually messed something up and at minimum I could get a referral for imaging or specialist. The physician's assistant absolutely would not listen to me and just kept saying it was probably arthritis. The pain is not in the location that arthritic pain would be
