I have been a patient of this practice for a couple of years. I called today to set up an appointment and was told my account was sent to collections for a previous balance from 2024. I have insurance and they require payment same day for work that they do. I paid my portion as requested but apparently insurance denied their claim and their appeal. I was not notified of either. I was told by Elizabeth that I would need to take care of the outstanding balance before they could see me. To which I replied, I’d be happy to once my husband returns with the HSA card. I also said they needed to do a better job of contacting patients when insurance fails to pay. She then offered me a phone number to the “adjustment company” and before I could say anything else to her, she disconnected the call. I

Dr Cohen is focused on the needs of each patient & understanding the issue. I'm very anxious about dental visits/procedures. Dr Cohen is kind, caring and attentive. I went to her asking for a 2nd opinion about a possible root canal. She discovered a crack that another endodontist missed. Dr Cohen is intelligent & experienced, visit her clinic.

Any preconceived notions I had about a root canal were quickly AND painlessly put to rest by Dr. Cohen and the team at WSE. From the greeting at the front desk by Elizabeth and the care provided during the procedure by Dr. Cohen and her assistant Tiffany, I can honestly say I was quite happy with the whole process. The upfront review of my insurance coverage and out of pocket cost were fully explained and Dr. Cohen's explanation of the procedure, before and during, were thorough and assuring. I'm usually pretty pain sensitive when it comes to dental work but this experience was by far the best specialized dental procedure I've ever had. I'm happy to highly recommend West Seattle Endodontics!

My experience with West Seattle Endodontics was great! I went in for a root canal obviously, and it was a smooth process. The assistant, Liz was really kind, caring, and explained the whole process and reasoning for needing a root canal. Dr. Cohen was also amazing! She was extremely nice, explained everything before she proceeded, and kept making sure I was comfortable and doing good. The numbing process also went very smooth! Never felt the needle and barely felt anything while injecting the numbing agent. I HIGHLY recommend going to West Seattle Endodontics if you need any root canals!
