While the building may look modest from the outside, the inside is clean. The staff are attentive and truly provide good care. I came for rehab with a wound, and the care I received led to real healing and improvement.

This place is the worst I have ever seen. Mice are all over the center, there are rooms with 4 people housed together, and there are no room phones. Joy is the best part of the rehab, she has been awesome.

This is my 5th time here. I had my spine operated on I was here for 6 months. I received the best care possible. The nursing staff is phenomenal , the cnas are stupendous and provides the ultimate care. The rehab department is great. I recommend this facility and I personally go no where else. Eli Young

This place is a joke. My mother was here for rehab after hip surgery. She repeatedly found mice droppings and roaches in the rooms, and frequently had to ask for help multiple times. Staff regularly ignored patients, including a blind woman who didn’t have the durable medical equipment she needed to be safe. They’d let my mother sit in a dirty depends for several hours. If you love your family, don’t send them here.

The staffs are very friendly and the nurses are very helpful and they are available when you need them, food on time and activities are very fun
