I brought my cat here for a surgical procedure. The surgery itself was completed quickly, though it was quite expensive. My interactions with the clinic were strictly limited to my cat’s medical care. Later, I applied to adopt a cat through a local rescue in New York, an area currently overwhelmed with abandoned cats. As part of the application, I listed this clinic as my veterinarian. I was then informed by the rescue that this clinic advised them not to adopt a cat to me. This was extremely upsetting and confusing. My cat is well cared for and deeply loved—I paid over $1,000 for what was a relatively minor surgery and spare no expense when it comes to her care. I have no idea how the clinic came to that conclusion, and I was never contacted by them about any concerns. I tried multiple

I have been going here for 5 years lat visit was upsetting to me.My pup was scared and the health tech tried to drag her back and she got loose. The health tech tried to shame me that my collar wasn’t tight enough but it was the same as when we visited two weeks before. She made this scene in front of the waiting room I used to love this place but not anymore. And as I was leaving the asked me of oranges glean and tick prevention gone corporate. I am leaving them makes me sad but they are corporate now so no more personal touch

Dr. Krawshuk and all staff are wonderful! Our dog is extremely nervous at any vet appointment but everyone is so kind and patient with him. We so appreciate the compassionate care he receives here!

My husband and I have been bringing our cats here for their annual check ups for a few years now. The staff are so kind, personable, and caring. They ease away all of the stress that comes with vet visits. Dr. Kaplan is very thorough and knows exactly how to make sure our cats are as comfortable as possible. So happy to be bringing our furry family members here!

My dog was having a medical issue on the way to her appointment and when my dad asked if they could help they said they weren’t prepared for her condition. I understand that this isn’t an emergency hospital, but you would think they would have the resources to help your pet. When my dad asked if he could take some oxygen they said no because they were more worried about if he would pay it instead of the fact that my dog was dying right in front of them and they suggested to just euthanize her. My dog ended up dying on the way to the MSPCA, which is the place they told my dad to go. My big issue is that not only did they not help my dog but, whoever was working at the desk showed 0 empathy and did not even suggest trying to make my dog comfortable while she was dying. She was already there
