Carbon Health Immediate & Primary Care West Roxbury

My first time at Carbon Health! Check in was easy, they answered questions I needed. Filled out two simple forms. The two physicians assistants were awesome so patient when they couldn’t get my little veins for a drawing. Told them I hate needles and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Kristine was so nice and asked me good questions and answered questions I had. She listened to some history concerns and gave me good next steps that were logical and tangible. I felt very comfortable with her.

I've used urgent care here twice in past few months and been very happy with their services. All the staff were very kind, the language on forms and signs didn't make assumptions about patients gender or sexuality and the medical providers I interacted were great. Also no long waits!

Got appointment same day I needed care. Check in employee was very courteous. I felt the care provider was very knowledgeable and clear regarding my treatment plan. They called the pharmacy and got an Urgent drug fill status. Only waited 15 minutes. Very clean environment Would definitely use again

Carbon Health was able to get my partner and me in immediately when we started having flu symptoms before the holidays. The medical professionals were kind, quick, and competent. Balal did a great job communicating and giving us timelines for next steps. We left with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Easiest urgent care visit we’ve had in a while.
