From the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets to the office manager poking her head out the front door as I was leaving to say hi, everyone always goes above and beyond. Very clean, accommodating, patient, kind and friendly. They always listen to my concerns with understanding and care. Wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Process of treatment on my dog was explained very well and questions were answered. My pet showed significant improvements after the first visit of laser treatment. I was surprised by the vet and vet techs getting right down on the floor and meeting my dog where she was comfortable at. No exam tables that I had to try and get her up on and keep her there. I feel everyone at West Ridge really care about giving the best care possible to our pets.

Absolutely amazing. My dog is special needs and needs a lot of special care and attention. He's also terrified of doctors ever since his first ever vet nearly killed him during a routine procedure.. We came from a different state and I was dreading finding a new vet since the one we had was absolutely amazing. But we got the owner as our doctor, and lucky for us she has experience with his rare disease. And they're fear free certified!! She is so kind, caring, takes her time, and answers ALL your questions. Plus they have a texting number that is brilliant. Where the doctor or staff can message you back when you have questions.. I'm looking forward to making this place apart of our family like our last one was. The entire staff is amazing!

My good friend called them up after firing the horrible vet clinic at Petco and was treated a million times better. She will bring her pups in soon! The staff is very friendly and helpful they are always putting our animals well being first. If he is scared they will sit and let him get comfortable before we continue with the appointment.
