Greeted upon entry. Paperwork had been sent to me ahead of time and was an online fillable set of forms. Pleasant waiting room. Comfortable chair on the treatment room. Becca was a fantastic dental tech and did a superb job of cleaning. Dr Wilson popped in and updated me on upcoming treatments. Very good experience.

Everyone is very friendly, curteous, kind and knowledgeable. It is like getting together with an old friend when i see my assistant. They treat you like family and go above and beyond in answering any questions you may have. I always know that their focus is on me and what I may need. They specialize in taking care of you. I would highly recommend!!!!

They are great here. I love all the employees and Dr. Trobough is great! The are very knowledgeable. They are for caring and helpful with everything I have gotten done there. Definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend Southwind to anyone! My daughter had two impacted K-9’s and we got a quote for both. One of them actually exposed on its own and we waited over a year to actually get the surgery done on just the one. I appreciate that they adjusted the quote based on that and didn’t make us come in for an extra consultation, inevitably saving me over $400, and they worked with me, allowing payments on the actual cost since the procedure wasn’t covered by our insurance. Outstanding service and care, thank you Southwind!

Based on only the gum surgery (not sure of the final results yet), Dr. Wilson is excellent and I highly recommend. She takes her time with you to explain everything before, takes her time and does it right during surgery, and tells you everything she is doing while she operates. Gum surgery is a very unpleasant experience but she does all she can to make it as bearable as possible.
