I had the pleasure of being helped by Stacy. I had called 6 other pharmacies and all told me my drug was on back order and that’s where the call ended. When I talked to Stacy she checked and saw that they could get my drug in and said she’d get my prescription from Stormont Vail who was no help. Stacy ended up calling me back and giving bad news of due to the lose they would take on giving me my prescription they couldn’t fill it, I was so over trying to get this drug I was ready to tell my dr I was done and over it. Then Stacy called me back because she went out of her way to ask her sister pharmacy if they could fill the drug. They could and were able to bring it to Topeka the next day for me! This was the best service I have gotten in a long time! This pharmacy might be a little out of

I love that I am greeted by name every time I come in and wished a great day and/or great weekend when I leave. Staff is always very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. Nancy is especially personable; I'm always happy to see her! I like the selection of OTC items on the shelves & prices are reasonable. You can also grab a cold drink & a snack to go!

I love this place. I'm not good with names so I can't remember who I talked to. I think her name started with an S but don't quote me on that. Very amazing person. Very kind and caring. I am unsure of their prices but if they aren't too expensive I think I'll transfer any of my pharmacy needs to them. It's good to know someone actually cares. Thank you to the sweet woman that did her best to help me out this morning. Edit: Her name is Stacey. Wonderful woman in my opinion.

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here from Texas over two years now. It's by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacists and staff are always so welcoming and take time to listen to my concerns. They go out of their way to order special meds when needed. They are always professional. I highly recommend them.

Best pharmacy in Topeka! Everyone is courteous and takes time to answer any questions or concerns. There is next to no wait time for new or refill meds. Importantly to me, I have never had to do a recount of dispensed meds because of being shorted ...like I repeatedly was at other pharmacies in town! At Tallgrass pharmacy , you receive personal service and personal communication. You will not feel like you are another customer face waiting in line when you do business here!!
