100% recommend. i tend to get really worked up and quite honestly cry through every dentist appointment i attend but Dr. O’Neal made me feel very safe and comfortable. it had the same comforting feeling as if i were to be hanging out with a father figured. not a single worry, knew i was safe and in good hands. He continuously checked on me throughout the procedure and made sure i wasn’t in pain. although having an appointment at his office would mean my teeth are not in great shape if i ever need to undergo a root canal in the future i will absolutely return to his office!!!

The staff was very professional and kind. The facility was clean beyond expectations. The Dr. And his procedure assistant was wonderful. He explained everything and showed me before and after X-ray films and explained very well. I know he was Great, because I never felt any pain, anytime thru out the procedure, and not had any pain or soreness today . I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Over the years, our family has gone to Dr. O'Neal for root canals or other procedures. He and his staff are very kind and professional. They've made sure that all procedures are done in a relaxed, friendly and caring environment.

My primary Dentist referred me to Dr. O'Neal. I needed a root canal. I've had the unpleasant experience of having crowns put in, but this root canal would be my first. I've heard stories about them, none that were reassuring to me. I guess you could say I have dental anxiety. Bottom line, my root canal was painless. From the shot to numb me, to the drilling, I never felt pain. Of course, there was pressure and the sound of the drill isn't pleasant but I had no pain from start to finish. Total time, I was in and out of the chair in about 50 minutes. That evening and the next day, also no pain. I highly recommend Dr O'Neal. Regarding price, I have decent dental insurance, we'll see how that plays out.

Everyone in the office was pleasant, but they were having system problems so checking out took to long. They did a 3D x-rays and regular x-ray but the Dr didn't notice a fracture until he started to drill and half my tooth came out. Now I have another dental expense I have to cover to remove the rest of my tooth. I don't feel I should have paid anything there, he should just take insurance payment and wrote the rest off.
