SHAH was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very organized, which immediately gave me comfort and confidence. I had X-rays and a full exam done, and my dentist took the time to explain everything in detail — from what they were seeing to what steps might come next. They were gentle, professional, and so patient, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have been fortunate to have had an over twenty-five-year experience with Dr. Amit Shah and West Point Dental. He is a phenomenal and most capable dentist who has done an excellent job in providing superior dental care. Besides periodic cleaning and x-rays, i have had numerous dental procedures to correct concerns and have always valued the outcome of his work. He and his staff are highly patient focused, and they seek to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The office is always clean and neat, and Dr. Shah is always on top of the latest technologies to improve dental care. I highly recommend West Point Dental for all your dental needs. The best dental clinic and dentist we’ve ever experienced! My 4-year-old daughter had her very first dental visit, and there were no tears at all! she wasn’t scared one bit. !! Absolute worst dental experience of my life. If I could give a zero I would. They refused me a normal cleaning!! Not sure how this place has good reviews, I sat for 2 hours just to get x-ray done and have the doctor talk to me (still didn’t do the cleaning yet) and it’s not because they were busy. I almost passed out because I had so much anxiety from what I was being told and had to step out, the dentist suggested I should have a MRI done and perhaps I may have TMJ and need jaw surgery far in the future when I have absolutely zero symptoms. No pain, no discomfort, no sensitivity , NOTHING! He also scared me and said I may have bad gum disease and require a deep cleaning where they have to numb me for it and do half at a time. I was on a time crunch and asked if I could have a normal cl
