I will never return to this office. The entire experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and genuinely upsetting—especially because it involved my child. My appointment was changed without my knowledge, and when I questioned it, the front desk staff acted as if I was confused. She even claimed she had “just spoken to me,” which was completely untrue. She repeatedly referred to “my son,” even though the appointment was for my daughter. I had already provided my daughter’s insurance information over the phone, yet I had to give it again—twice—when I arrived. The front office staff seemed disorganized and dismissive from the start. The people working at Deluxe Dental are very nice, but if you want good personal dental care, I do not recommend this place. It takes the dentist maybe five minute to clean/brush your teeth. I was having lots of problems with sore and bleeding gums after coming down with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome. People sometimes lose their teeth with this disease. I told the dentist, and she didn't even touch the sore area. I called back three times and asked for help with the infection. She never returned my call. However, they ring your phone constantly when its time to come in for x-rays. The quality care is not good, but if you want an "in and out" dentist, this is the place.

Finally I found the right dentist! The staff is so friendly and I was impressed by how comfortable I felt. No pressure..and no sales pitch! Dr. Kashat and staff deserve a big THANK YOU !!! Good job all!!

There are several unprofessional aspects about this place. Appointments are poorly organized — on multiple occasions I had to reschedule because the doctor wasn’t in, or I showed up only to find out the doctor wasn’t available. When I brought my mom in for her annual cleaning, a receptionist started taking X-rays without giving her the protective vest. Thankfully, I walked in and had to speak up. I paid for my dad’s dentures and over the past 2 years, he had to go in over dozens of times to get them fixed because his he always had some sort of implants or dentures issue. which is frustrating when appointments are inconsistent and unreliable. Half the time, the staff can’t answer basic questions, and when I try to explain my concerns, they cut me off and respond to what they think I’m ask

My experience here was truly amazing. Dr. Mikha was so kind and caring to me, and really made me feel welcome. I could not be happier, and my teeth look amazing. Trisha, the hygienist, did an amazing job as well when cleaning my teeth. The assistants were really nice too. Usually I’m scared of the dentist but Dr. Mikha made me feel really comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
