Lakes Professional Plaza

The Plaza is very nice and clean on the inside and out. The parking lot is kept up with a lot of parking. It has different medical offices within. I go to the Urgent Care Center in this Plaza is 5+ stars, in my opinion. I have been there a few times for my kids (ear infections, fevers, flu, etc...) I was recently there for myself, and they were (as always) very fast with getting me back in a room, doing tests, got results in seconds, and they even called my prescription in quickly. The waiting room is always clean and orderly. They have drinks stocked in a fridge and snacks. The staff is always very nice. I recommend the Urgent Care to anyone. It's the best in that area.

It's extremely hard to get into my Dr office this time if year so I went here to see if I could return to work. (NOPE unfortunately still have influenza A) From signing in, and talking with the Dr/PCA I was out within 25 min, they actually listened to what I had to say instead of trying to hurry me out brush if what I was saying, did a few tests, then came back with the results (😤 still the flu after a week), then have me a free scripts but also told me if things I could do at home without meds to get me a Little better so I can go back to work! They honestly have the BEST beside manor I've EVER come across in a walk in clinic from the gentleman who checked me in all the way to the amazing lady who checked me out, even tho I live an hour away, I'll DEFINITELY suck up the car ride to come h

Wonderful experience! I was worried beforehand because there was no website or reviews, but my whole experience could not have gone better! Dr. Penn patiently answers all of the questions you have, and really takes the time to help you understand the process. From what I understand they have been in business over 20 years. Not only is the whole staff wonderful, but the prices are VERY reasonable! My wisdom teeth came out beautifully without a problem, and have healed wonderfully! I would highly recommend anyone to go here!!

I went to the emergency room for breathing issues they were very kind they gave me test and they referred me straight to the real Hospital once insurance was established they see me right away and hook me up to different machines test me
