Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care

This was my second visit to Henry Ford- GoHealth Urgent Care on Haggerty in Commerce Twp. I am so impressed with this urgent care. Each time I went online to make an appointment it was super fast and easy to schedule. I was able to be seen within the hour. Both appointments I was taken to the exam room exactly at my appointment time. The doctors were very kind and thorough. I was given a print out with my diagnosis and detailed information about the prescriptions I received and when/ how to take them. The facility is sparkling clean and the staff is so nice. I highly recommend Henry Ford/ GoHealth Urgent Care.

I had a wonderful experience at Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care and I can’t recommend it highly enough! First of all, the facility itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-lit, which made it feel welcoming and calming the moment I walked in. I was able to easily book my appointment online and reserve my spot ahead of time, which was a huge plus. When I arrived, I didn’t have to wait at all. I had already completed my patient registration online, so check-in was smooth and efficient. One of the standout features of this location is that they offer on-site X-rays,which saved me time and hassle. Everything was done right there during my visit, and I really appreciated how streamlined the entire process was. Even better, my after-visit summary was automatically uploaded to my Henry F

It’s my first time here but let me share my experience and it’s a very good one. 1. I called and received a text that led me to make an appointment via my phone. They call it Claim your spot. I assume you can also walk in? 2. I got more text to provide personal and medical info. 3. I arrived and did an electronic check in. The nurse/receptionist asked me few info and make the copay. 4. A PA checked on me and the nurse provided me the procedure. All in all I have a very positive experience. The facility is new and clean. Staff is friendly and good at what they do. Now, I wasn’t seen by a doctor but for my case it’s sufficient. For any minor issue and require same day care, I recommend this place.

Visited this location on 1/10/26. Was asked to provide a urine sample, I obliged. I saw the DO on schedule Juwad-Ul-Hassan, DO & he looked at my chart, asked a couple of questions and sent me on my way with a prescription. After a couple of days I realized I hadn’t received my test results in MyChart. I call the facility on 1/13 and spoke with Alicia who advised she was unsure and would follow up by 6pm that evening. No follow up. I call back the next morning and explain the situation to the clerk and ask to speak with Alicia. Alicia wouldn’t come to the phone, instead passed the message along through the clerk that my sample was never processed but actually discarded. I would need to come in to retest. This is almost 5 days later, no way I would get the same results after being started on

This location (Haggerty Road - ) always has the best providers and ease of care from scheduling all the way through diagnosis! Very caring and super thorough! Highly recommended!
