West Loop Animal Clinic

My experience at this clinic was devastating. During one of the most difficult moments of our lives, we were met with a shocking lack of compassion. From start to finish, the staff was cold and heartless regarding the situation with our pup. Instead of providing the guidance and comfort we needed while making such a heartbreaking decision, we felt rushed and treated like a mere transaction. It is deeply disappointing that a veterinary clinic—a place built on care—could fail so fundamentally at showing basic human kindness. Do not recommend west loop animal clinic at all.

I took my puppy there and everyone was extremely friendly and very professional. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them with patience and kindness. Also Arrow was perhaps the cutest office pet I have seen.

The staff is always kind, understanding, and sympathetic. You can tell immediately that every single one of the staff members LOVE animals! *all the stars, would recommend*

The clinic is nice and the employees are great with my pets. They are able to work us in quickly when we need to get their yearly check ups.

We recently moved to the area from out of state. When we called we didn't think we would get a same day appointment. After listening to our concerns about our super itchy, allergic dog, they quickly set a same day appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly they all seemed to actually listen to my concerns and care about getting our dog some relief.
