I had a very positive experience yesterday at PWOMS. Except I found the waiting room temp quite cold. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. I only had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. everyone was very professional and I wasn't abandoned in a back room ever. Dr Shirley was very focused on me and my reason for being there. He addressed my problem very clearly and very clearly explained what his conclusions about further treatment were and what his professional basis was. I accepted his recommendation with no qualms. I left happy.

I saw Dr. Shirley for a consultation. He offered two solutions to my current problem. His staff that I was in contact with were very clear and informative. Two ladies in the front office were extremely kind as I got lost, being unfamiliar with Lufkin. They acted as my GPS, staying on the phone with me until I arrived at the office.

I was apprehensive walking into this new facility. From the first interaction with staff, and then meeting with Dr Shirley was a pleasant experience. Dr Shirley, with his calm demeanor, talked through his plan of treatment. I felt very comfortable and pleased going forward

Dr. Shirley and his staff actually make dentistry painless. They are highly capable and efficient to a fault. Over the course of multiple procedures, I have never had to sit in waiting rooms or failed to receive immediate and complete answers to questions. Dr. Shirley runs a totally transparent business - no unexpected fees or unauthorized treatment changes. I will not go to anyone else.
