I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob Allen at Lufkin Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Allen took the time to clearly explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is clean, modern, and efficiently run, and you can tell patient care is a top priority. I especially appreciated the gentle approach and attention to detail, it made the appointment far less stressful than most dental visits. Had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and thorough. I was a little anxious at first but the hygienist and doctor did an excellent job reassuring me and explaining every step of the way! Would recommend to everyone!

I had a root canal done and had an absolute fantastic experience! I visited two dentals before picking my final one here (I just moved to Lufkin) and ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience! Guess I have a permanent dental place now! Literally every single staff member at this office is always very sweet & go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and “at home”. The wait time is never more than 5 minutes! Dr. Allen is very professional & informative. I would 100x recommend this practice to anyone looking for a wonderful dental experience.
