Ms.Courtney was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with my grandpa! He’s loving his new hearing aids! Grandpa reports they fit comfortably and the sound is great. Only thing is he can hear what I say under my breath—from the other room—I’ll have to make another appointment with Ms Courtney so she can turn them down a notch. lol Will definitely recommend to others!
