West Jordan Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had a great experience at Modern Dentistry. My crown broke in half and they were able to get me in quickly and fix it with no hassle. Everyone was kind and professional. Brooke at the front desk was especially nice and helpful, and the dental assistant Sabrina was very friendly and explained every step she was doing, which made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

From the time I checked in at the front desk with Marisa to the time I checked out with Brooke, I was so well cared for by all the staff at West Jordan Modern Dentistry. Everyone was very professional and friendly in their approach and Dr Armel was thorough in her assessment and treatment recommendations.

I called early this morning for an emergency appointment for my daughter since one of her new fillings fell out (the initial filling was done at a different dentists office and that office was closed.) I spoke with Brook with the front office and she checked my insurance and got my daughter scheduled. Once my child was back there, Dr. Tingey and Jazmine were so helpful getting my daughter set up and walking her through the procedure. Upon checking out, Marisa was so helpful and made sure the insurance was going to be processed and took my payment. We will definitely return to these guys! Thanks again!

This was hands down the best dental experience of my life! Brook at the front desk, Dr. Armel, and Shelby anre all amazing in every way. They were friendly, helpful, helped explain everything to me and answered any questions I might have had. Most importantly, they never judged me or made me feel bad about anything. They gave me options and made me feel like it was no pressure. I will go back to this dentist office time and time again and tell my friends to as well!

This review has nothing to do with the dentists. I love my dentist, Dr. Armell is one of my favorites, but the new front staff they have been hiring are the reason for this review. They are rude and very condescending. They'll mark that they've called you in their system but don't actually call, and when you show them your call log, they still treat it like it's your fault. I've been coming here for almost ten years and this is the worst front staff I've had to deal with.
