I met with Dr Massinople‘s PA. Her name is Heather Cook. Heather is a very accomplished. PA has great bedside manner great knowledge and shows a lot of concern about her patience. She thoroughly reviewed my medical records with me checked my prescriptions looked over my EKG and did a thorough check of my heart. She even requested further bloodwork to check on my liver and kidneys to make sure things were in good order. I highly recommend seeing her as she is Very competent. On top of all that she’s delightful to talk to.

Heather was great, explained what test results meant and future steps. I was only disappointed that I had to make yet another appointment!! Am happy she is concerned and trying to help me get better control of my body.

After a cardiac event, I followed up with Heather Cook. She was personable and thorough. She took the time to answer my questions in a way that I easily understood. I left feeling satisfied that I had received great care from someone who cared.

Heather cook is a great person to work with. I feel comfortable and at ease when I talk with her. She’s very knowledgeable about cardiology and my heart condition! And I would recommend any of my friends that needed a cardiologist to seek her services!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Heather Cook RN today, and she was very supportive and extremely kind. I was having a hard day and she was really attentive and very sweet. She listened to me and took time to understand what my concerns were.
