My polarity therapy session with Andrea was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment she began speaking in her smooth, soothing voice, I felt completely at ease. She takes the time to thoroughly explain each step before beginning,, creating a sense of trust, care, and intention that elevates the entire experience. The session itself felt like a beautiful fusion of gentle massage and subtle energetic work, deeply calming yet profoundly effective. I had been dealing with a persistent kink in my neck for two days, and after the session, it completely melted away. I left, feeling lighter, balanced, , and renewed. Andrea has a truly healing presence, and I already look forward to my next visit. Highly highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Andrea at HeartSole Awakening for a few months now, and the results have been transformative. After receiving a few mini foot zoning sessions that impressed me, I tried a Polarity Therapy session today. Andrea is professional, compassionate and truly listens to my personal needs. I have had body code and belief code sessions with Andrea of HeartSole Awakening. Wow! Both have been spot on and amazing! The detailed reports sent after the sessions are so helpful for me to know what showed up, cleared and positive beliefs installations happened. I had the most amazing experience with Andrea and I can’t recommend her enough. She effortlessly weaves together Reiki and the Emotion Code to bring about a perfect storm for assisting the mind-body connection to heal itself. With Andreas gentle guidance, I was able to work on some deep childhood trauma and the transformation in her sessions is amazing. Reiki’s relaxing and soothing energy helped me to relax deeply, and the Emotion Code assisted me to identify stuck emotional imprints from old traumas buried inside of my body. I came into this experience with very little knowledge of foot zone/body code, so Andrea being super informative and caring throughout the process made the whole thing all the better. I would highly recommend an in-person session though having now done both, her notes are very thorough from distance sessions. I have definitely noticed a shift in clarity/focus within myself since these sessions with her. I also think Andrea's sweet soul was something I needed to coexist with in the time I sought out her services.
