Rigby Dental - West Jordan

Rigby Dental has saved me a couple times now. Back in June '25 I was hving immense tooth/mouth pain. It was unbearable. I had been a patient for a few years but then lost my insurance. It was an emergency and I needed something to stop the pain. I got into Rigby that day to start my root canal and take the nerves out to stop my intense pain. He stayed late to start my root canal to get me out of pain and I couldn't be more grateful. It was a hard one and he was so kind to work on it last minute and even stay late. I had another emergency situation in February '26. I woke up and my face was swollen beyond belief and the pain was unreal. It was a massive abscess. I got into the office same day and I was able to get x-rays and antibiotics. It was so bad no work could be done until the absces

Everything went as it should, staff were more than friendly. I arrived way 1.5 hours to early, and they were able to move me up in the schedule by one half hour. The dentist and assistant, were great to work with and able to meet my personal needs and concerns. While I don't enjoy going to see a dentist, this visit was one of the most pleasurable ones I can remember having.

Had a dentist that I was going to for about 10 years. They kept cancelling my appointments and couldn’t retain staff. Went to Rigby reluctantly (nothing against them, I just hate going to the dentist). My first visit was fantastic. Staff was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended

I had such a great dental experience at Rigby Dental! The entire team is absolutely amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout my whole visit, which meant a lot to me, especially since I deal with severe dental anxiety. A huge shoutout and thanks to Dr. Evans, Kristin, Kayla, and Melissa for taking such extra care of me during my appointment today!! My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am. I arrived at the clinic at 10:35 am. My husband and I waited for almost 2 hours. I was getting very frustrated and impatient because other patients just got there after us and was called in and left. I had asked the front desk receptionist why it was taking so long. I was told that they were short handed and it will take a few more minutes before they called me. It was already after 12 pm and I lost my patience. Overall my experience was unsatisfied. The wait time took longer than expected. They should stick to the time they book appointments for clients because other clients have things to do and don't have all day to wait.
