I had a great experience at West Hempstead Dental with Dr. Apsan. He did fillings on my teeth, and one of them was very close to the nerve. Thanks to his conservative approach, he was able to save the tooth and prevent the need for a root canal. Ana, the office manager, is excellent. She is very calm, composed, and truly listens to patients. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she always makes sure the right thing is done for the patient. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. Easily the best dentist I’ve been to — highly recommend.

My kids just started using Doctor Apsan as their dentist and we love him! He is knowledgeable and patient and made everyone feel at ease. The staff is very responsive and quick with an answer, and worked around our many schedules to find appointments that worked for us. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this practice!

I’m not one to write reviews and if I could give this place a negative star I would. I’m genuinely disappointed with how much this office has declined. I’ve been going here for years. What really upset me was the lack of transparency around insurance. I was never notified that my insurance was dropped. No letter, no call, nothing! Instead I showed up to my appointment got treatment and was charged the full amount after. That is not how patients should be informed of major financial changes. Since the previous doctor sold the practice, this office feels noticeably different. I hate to say it but Dr Apsan does not inspire confidence. When he speaks he often seems unsure and hesitant, which made me seriously question his credibility and the quality of his work. He comes across as more focused

Lourdes, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, extremely clean and sterile, and took her time without rushing me at all. I was seen right away with no waiting, which I really appreciated. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend her!
