Ultimate Smile

I just want to start off by saying that I wouldn’t let anyone but the people at ultimate smile touch my teeth, not only is their service and work impeccable but the way they have treated my family and I has been astounding, if your looking for your teeth to shine brighter then the sun and leave smiling I highly recommend Ultimate Smile to everyone.

The place was clean, staff seemed nice. However, I walked out with no care and no follow-up as discussed. I went for a cleaning and was told the doctor would have to call me back to find out if my insurance covered deep cleanings and I never heard back. The doc poked through my gums, just leaving them sore and bloody with no cleaning at all.

I am writing to express how deeply hurt and mistreated I felt during my recent visit. As a returning client, I expected professionalism and care, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and insulted. Once the dentist arrived and re-explained the procedure, I confirmed that I fully understood. However, during the injection stage, when I moved slightly, I was told I could risk nerve damage and would need sedation. The second time I moved, the dentist abruptly stopped the procedure and informed me that I would need sedation. I said "ok ", but was unaware I would need to go and find another Dentist that offers sedation because I thought they would have been an alternative solution or they would have offered sedation. This was devastating to hear because I was never informed beforehand that

I would definitely recommend coming here the staff is very friendly kind and welcoming also the doctor is very professional and work with you step by step would give them 10 stars ⭐️ they always keep you posted and updated on your procedure

Everyone is very pleasant, timely, and professional. Dr. S is very thorough and takes the time to address any questions and concerns. My teeth have never been healthier
