We ordered there extraoral suction unit that they sell. First of all the suction is so weak that nothing goes up it unless it’s virtually on top of the patients mouth which leaves no room for the hygienist or dr to use a caviar on or a hand piece. Secondly the remote control for the unit which it came with barely works. Thirdly I was told to take a video to send them to show what the unit is doing. When I did this I was told that the aerosol is invisible so it can’t be seen in a video. Thus why have me waste my time taking a video. There is no return policy and no way to have them check the unit out . Steer clear of this unit unless you are near them in New York because there is zero support
