The staff there is exceptionally professional, very customer service friendly. The lady who checked me in was amazing, super helpful and very professional, and then the doctor and the assistant were both very professional very friendly, super informative. What a pleasant place to get taken care of, and I thanked the whole place when I left!

I don’t remember the names of the doctor or anyone who saw me today, but, I was seen in a decent amount of time with my appt. Remember it is the season where everyone is sick so you will wait a little with or without an appt but having one will help. The doctor saw me quickly and evaluated all my symptoms. Sent my scripts over to pharmacy right away which I appreciated. Front desk was also very nice and answered all my questions before coming in with patience and ease! Definitely recommend when you can’t get to your primary for illness!

the woman at the reception desk had a real bad attitude. my husband was diagnosed with the flu and they never sent a prescription for the flu, only for cough medicine. the center is full of fly-by-night personnel and you will never get the same doctor/PA twice. Corporate needs to know about this center. My husband had an appointment @ 10:20 and they took walk-ins before him while the receptionist sat there. he was there for 2 hours with a scheduled appointment. Go to CITYMD.

I was SO impressed with Northwell health Urgent care West Hempstead, LI, this past Saturday. I signed in on-line, which took little time to do. Showed up for my & was shown my treatment room right away! No waiting!! Front desk person was very nice and helpful. both tech and Dr/Pa were informative and thorough. Ty!

Very caring Physician assistant was very caring. The Medical Assistant are very sweet and caring. I like this particular site they’re quick. You don’t wait too long very happy with the service.
