West Cape Family Dental

My husband and I both went for the first time as new patients. We both had excellent dental hygienists that took their time and explained everything they did. Dr Daniel was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He sat down and went over the entire exam and X-rays with each of us. He took his time and asked if we had any concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for your oral health and hygiene.

I am just a little disappointed because my appt was cancelled for the day before because I called to say I was stuck in traffic and would be approx 5 min late. So they cancelled my appt for the next day at 4pm. I arrived on time the next day and waited until 4:11pm to be called back. I have to be understanding with you but you guys cannot be understanding with the patient who sometimes have unforeseen situations as well. The hygienist was great, but the customer service at the front needs to improve. Also I was about to pay for a service that is always covered at 100%, until I requested the plan print out and brought to the front desk attention, that’s when they realized I was indeed covered at 100%.

As a new patient, the experience was wonderful. I felt my hygienist was very thorough and made sure I understood what she was doing/why she was doing it and she educated me regarding treatment options/new technologies. I felt the dentist was "present" to ask/address concerns and didn't seem "rushed". Highly recommend West Cape

I am a new patient to West Cape Family Dental. I love that my entire family can go to the same dentist for all of their care needs and that they work very well with our insurance and do not require full advance payment for everything like some dentists in the area do. The level of care received was excellent. The dental hygienist was very good and very helpful to explain every step of the process as well the cost of any additional treatment options without pressuring me. The 4 star review (instead of 5 star) is simply due to my disappointment over the long wait. I had an appointment at 11 AM and arrived 15 minutes early. I waited until almost 11:45 AM for my name to be called. I recognize that I was a new patient, but all my paperwork was 100% completed over a day in advance of my arrival.

My husband and I left our old dentist because of a bad experiences. We chose West Cape and are very happy with everything. Setting up an appointment was easy and they were able to see us in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff was friendly and polite. My hygienist was apparently new to the practice but was very kind, explained everything well, and was gentle. The dentist (Dr. Izzy) was nice, went over everything, made sure I understood my treatment options, and made me very comfortable.
