Made an appointment request online, was contacted just a few minutes later to confirm a date and time which was actually the next day. Easy to navigate patient portal made filling out all of my information prior to the visit a breeze. Everybody from the person at the front desk, the eye technician (not sure of the correct title) and Dr. Allison Coll were all amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and made my visit a great experience.
Dr Coll is professional, personable and seems very thorough. 3 stars because of receptionists. They have not returned my call after I have been very specific regarding an eye question, the latest being a question about diabetic retinopathy. Have not received a call back in the past either.
Allison Coll took time to explain the allergy cyst in my eye and recommended eye drops. She is very nice and caring
Dr. Coll is thorough and very knowledgeable. I require extensive testing and evaluation during my visit and their staff is very helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I have always had a great experience in this practice. I highly recommend them to anyone who seeks quality care! 👍
She was very through and explained things completely. Dr. Coll was prompt and friendly. Glad I met her.
