I hired Next Level Concierge for assistance with my mom. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. Our initial consultation with Jennifer and Melissa was the beginning of a great relationship. Everything has been wonderful. The ease of communication and scheduling, the availability of help when I need it, and the care and companionship my mother receives while I am out has been outstanding. They show up on time and perform the services I need in a timely manner. All the nurses I dealt with are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service.
