For Eyes

I had a fantastic experience at For Eyes! Regan helped me when I needed to get my mother’s glasses fixed, and she was kind, professional, and very helpful. She and Melissa were able to fix the glasses the same day—on a Saturday! That kind of service is hard to find. Regan also took the time to explain options for getting my mother a backup pair of glasses, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I’m grateful for the quick and friendly help, just upset I hadn't been here before. We will be back soon to get some prescription eyeglasses. Highly recommend!

Melissa was very helpful working with me to select two new pairs of glasses. She was very capable with all of the technical details of the order, and she is a pleasure to work with. When the glasses came back, there were adjustments required. Regan helped my adjust the first pair, and then re-order the second pair to change the location of the bifocal line. Their policy is to give you 30 days to adjust to the glasses and make changes if necessary. Regan was super helpful and patient as we tried to determine the very best correction for the glasses. She is also a pleasure to work with.

So hard to pick out glasses. Regan is so informative, patient and helped every step of the way. Highly recommend For Eyes in Cape Coral. UPDATE: It took 2 weeks to get my glasses but Labor Day fell that week so I'm sure that's why there was a delay. I have to say, these are the best glasses I've had in years. The prescription is perfect, quality of lenses and frames are outstanding. It was well worth the wait.
