10/10 recommend this dental office!! I switched over from another dental place and I have no regrets! Christina the Hygienist is amazing! She is SO kind and supportive throughout your dental appointments. She definitely makes the experience personal. She is quick and efficient but also pays attention to details and listens/answers any questions/concerns you may have.

I absolutely love this dental office! Every visit has been such a positive experience. The service is excellent, and the attention and kindness from the entire team truly stand out. Everyone I’ve seen has been incredibly professional, patient, and caring. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. West Alamo Dental makes going to the dentist a joy…or as much of a joy as going to the dentist can be. I’ve been going for two years now and have received the best dental care of my life! They used advanced technology, give me great tips for taking care of my teeth and gums between visits, and recommend services that are helpful but never push anything on me. All the staff are professional, efficient, and friendly. They are always concerned for my comfort. I’ve never been kept waiting more than a couple of minutes at any point in the process. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office, I highly recommend West Alamo Dental!

I’ve been a patient for 2 years. For most of my visits, they have been good! I’ve been seen by 4 dentists throughout this time, but one consistency is the front desk. They are always so friendly and kind. Most recently though, and the reason for this review, is that after 2 years have passed since having orthodontic work, I just recently received a bill! Like what?!?!?!?! Out of no-where!!! So very strange?! When I paid my portion OVER 2 years ago, the amount that my insurance didn’t cover, the billing people said nothing to me regarding an outstanding payment. I visited the office every couple months for my ortho checks. Nothing was ever said! I visited very often within a year’s time, perhaps 6-7 visits, and no additional payment was ever communicated to me. Once receiving this E-bill,

Absolutely love this office. The doctors are great All the ladies at the front desk were amazing and all the hygienists and dental assistants that work the clinical side. We're very helpful and work great as a team. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
