Wendy Sobol

My experience with Wendy has been amazing. I've been seeing her once a week for a little over 2 months now. I had a labral repair done on my shoulder during September of '24, and I began experiencing neck and shoulder pains due to stiffness. Since attending my sessions, my quality of sleep has improved tremendously and my shoulder's range of motion has gradually increased. She is great at listening to your concerns and addressing them. Definitely check her out!

I started seeing Wendy around 10 months ago and she has been such a wonderful massage therapist. She is ethical, caring, personable, and very talented at what she does. Besides massaging me, she has also given me lots of suggestions on how to improve my health and reduce my pain naturally through good posture and exercise. I really feel like Wendy genuinely cares about my health and well being. My shoulder pain got significantly better after just 3 visits and now I continue to see her mainly for maintenance as I work a desk job and very often get aches and pains from that. The only problem is she is so popular that I have to book way ahead of time haha, but she's worth it!

Wendy is such a pro and has so much experience under her belt, and it really shows. She always asks and listens to how I'm feeling and what I think I need worked on, and she takes it from there. Her office also exudes a very calming and welcome atmosphere. Wendy's treatment goes above and beyond just my bi-weekly appointments. She gives great advice on what can be done in my day-to-day life to help minimize my chronic back and neck pain. I feel that she's always looking out for her patients and wants what is best for them. An added bonus is she's so fun to talk with! I always look forward to my visits with her.

I've been going to see Wendy once a month for more than three years and think she is the absolute best! She's a lovely person and has a caring, calming presence. I always feel so welcome and comfortable - every massage is a warm and soothing experience. When she asks how I'm feeling, she really listens carefully. I most often need her attention on my stiff, aching neck and shoulders as that's where I hold all my stress, at other times it's been deep, nagging pain in my sides and my back. Wendy's really intuitive and skillful, I leave feeling so much better not just physically but mentally too. I'm always looking forward to my next appointment!

I've been seeing Wendy every three weeks or so for nearly two years, and she is a professional, caring, and wonderful person. When acupuncture, PT, and chiropractic adjustments failed to cure my lower back pain resulting from a weight lifting injury, it only took Wendy a few sessions working out the tightness in my hips to ease the pain and keep it at bay. She is a truly talented massage therapist.
