WellNow Urgent Care

I couldn’t use my feet to walk they hurt so bad. My knees were swollen front and back and could barely use them. I’m not even elderly and going through it. I stopped to go to urgent care and got the best medical advice. In two days , when I followed the doctors advice, I could walk with my feet with no pain and I could use my knees again. I’m truly grateful. The staff is super sweet and they are very gracious and merciful. The inside building is super clean, very new and there is a snack bar while your family or friends wait.

Over the years my opinion has been up/down about this place. They seem to have a great team now, many faces I recognize from over the years that have stuck around. The lady nurse practitioners are great. The front office lady's are efficient and keep the front end clean! They seem to hustle now! Appreciate the snacks, water and slushies.

I usually try to avoid this area because people are just rude. I am 17, trying to get tested for pregnancy with only my sisters so my parents don’t find out and this is near my sister’s home. The receptionist was nice, the girl that took me back and asked me questions was and angel. The nurse practitioner was another story. I am well aware i am young, but i am not stupid. I very well was aware of my wrongs and i made a stupid decision. I may be a minor, but i am not a child as how she had treated me. I proceeded to tell her i was on birth control before but was told to get it removed by my REGULARLY seen nurse practitioner due to a tremendous decline in my mental health. The place was clean and the people were friendly. Although I went for a DOT physical and the doctor was swearing and dropping f bombs the whole time. I’ve been taking adderall my whole 28 years of truck driving. Every place I’ve ever went has given me a two year card. This lady doctor gave me a one year card and told me it is the law. I looked it up. She is wrong. Now it will be on my record that I got a one year card. I am in perfect physical shape. I’m so upset. I will never come back here again

The Staff at Urgent Care are so kind. My sick 5 year old who is normally fearful of the doctor left talking about how nice everyone was. They were extremely helpful and we could not have hoped for any better care.
