Every time I need my meds refilled it takes 3 days always have to order never in stock getting upset also they don't automatically refill got to call shame on you Kroger's
Never had a bad experience with the pharmacy staff, if a certain medication is not available at the this location they refer you to the north end store. Always done their absolute best in my experience
Do not ever go to this pharmacy they are horrible and never have prescriptions and never let you know they don't have it till you call to see when your prescriptions will be done. I myself will be switching to a different pharmacy this is 3 months straight this has happened never again will I come to any Kroger pharmacy in my life.
If you go to their drive thru you get ignored until they wait on inside customers. Common to wait 10-20 min.
What can I say, have you been to a Kroger, have you needed to use the pharmacy... Then you know how it is. The same as every pharmacy... You have a scheduled pickup, they have your pickup.
