Carolan Family Dentistry

Dr Carolan's office is great! Jackie and Robin up front are so kind and helpful. Dr Carolan and Kelly took great care of me during some large fillings. They were so efficient and consistently checked in with me during the procedure. Overall, a great experience throughout the whole office!

Ugh - I hate to leave a review like this. Our 3 kids have been patients at Dr. Carolan’s for years. Great experience until today when we called to make appointments and we were told they no longer take our insurance. No explanation, no attempt to keep us as patients, no advance call to let us know of the change. Rushed off the phone and left frustrated. I understand things like this happen but we were not cared for at all today. Very sad ending for our kiddos.

I’m torn because I liked this place a lot. I did. However I got dismissed and couldn’t get an appointment because I missed one singular appointment? That’s absurd. Not to mention the fact that I have a diagnosed disorder which makes it so that sometimes every once in a great while I have to miss an appointment. Things happen! What if you lost your car and didn’t have a way there? What if you had to be rushed to the hospital? What if you- I could keep going on and on. To be dismissed so easy? Some doctor. Doctors are supposed to genuinely care about the patients.

I had to get some work done and was very anxious about the pain and the procedure. Dr Carolan and Kelly were superiorly nice and empathetic as I do not like needles or anything metal in my mouth. I spent a week dreading the appointment and after it was done it felt like no big deal. Highly recommend coming here

Doctor Carolan is an awesome Dentist! I even fly back from Arizona to see him. The staff is wonderful as well especially Robin she is the best!!! If I could give them ten stars I would.
