I’ve been coming here for years for regular and prenatal massages and have always had a great experience. I recently took my first reformer Pilates class here and it was a fantastic experience. The instructor Racheal was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She explained each movement clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The class felt like a great workout while still being comfortable for beginners.

Racheal's Pilates Reformer classes are the BEST! From my very first class I attended I felt very welcomed at the studio. Racheal is fantastic with helping you work on your form through out the class to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout! If you're new to pilates (like me) or more advanced, Racheal's classes have something for everyone and are always fun!

Maranda works miracles! She has custom tailored a system that keeps my skin feeling fresh and beautiful. She’s amazing at shaping my brows and made my lashes look so good with a tint! I highly recommend Maranda and will forever recommend her to my family and friends. KM5 is so relaxing and has so much to offer please check them out!
