I would very much like to thank dr. Purtle for helping me not get dot certified so that I could lose my job I would like to thank the Well-med group for causing me to be put out of work so that now I cannot afford my mortgage not afford to put food on the table and maybe wind up homeless and living under a bridge thank you very much I am greatly appreciating the uncaring demeanor in all of this
