Weis Pharmacy

Wow the quality of service at this location has just gone downhill so badly they text you and tell you your prescriptions are ready, you get there and they're like oh they're not ready it was sent out in error and I don't live like within a mile or two No I live 16 mi away and the only reason I would make the trips down there is just for the gas points discount which isn't even worth it anymore because their gas is more expensive than even the local Sunoco in my town which is $2.99 and there's is 349 so between them not filling prescriptions when they're supposed to telling you prescriptions are ready when they're not the lack of decorum with the staff, it's just not viable anymore and to think rite aid went out of business

Hands down worst pharmacy staff… they need to train their employees to be a hell of a lot more professional… and to know how to do simple math! Be careful if Kelly is behind filling a script for you and there’s simple instructions she doesn’t comprehend it’ll come out on the customer in the utmost demeaning, insulting and disrespectful manner she can muster without losing her job! Absolutely pathetic, never again! I guess being under DEA microscope for so long tends to make for asinine employees

If I could give this ten stars I would. Went to CVS because my dog needed a prescription for antibiotics. CVS was going to charge close to $300. They advised me to go to weis. Not only was the script reasonably priced. They had it filled immediately. The customer service and the interaction with staff was the most pleasant experience. I would advise other chains and companies to model their customer service aspect behind this store’s pharmacy. Overall top tier excellence.

Excellent !!!! Customer service starting with The Store Manager, The Pharmacy ,The cashier staff, flowers Shop, everyone in the store without exception. They treat customers with respect and dignity. Thank You ! everyone for you service . “Outstanding Jobs” 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What a huge difference in regards to customer service compared to either Rite Aid or CVS in Northampton.
