Not even a star for the NP Sean ,really need to reconsider healthcare path as there is no compassion or dedication to the point of sending patients to ER ,for something that he could resolve in the Urgent Care . Is only this specific Doctor, all the time . I had my 5yo for a visit today and was so quickly sent home after one week of fever and mouth sore that couldn’t eat anything to “take her to the ER for more detailed tests “ Now you professionals tell me ?when a patient should be referred to the ER ? This is my 3rd child and I don’t think my daughter was treated right today at your center . Very unprofessional assistant nurse couldn’t take a strep throat swab because the baby was resistant🤯

If your insurance allows, just do yourself a favor and go to the St. Luke’s down the street because you’re gonna wait at least an hour here to get checked in and then another hour to get seen and then probably another 40 minutes for the doctor to come in the room, so just do yourself a favor and don’t bother unless it’s the last resort. The St. Luke’s down the street has self check in kiosks and I’ve never waited there more than 30 minutes for anything

Came in with my 8 yo who had been coughing non stop to the point of vomiting several times a night. The receptionist was a delight. The medical assistant was SO mean. My daughter was worked up over having to go to the doctor and the MA couldn't even give us a "hello," let alone a reassuring word. This caused my daughter to be even more worked up. She was interpreting the sterness as something being wrong. The nurse practitioner S.H. what's so dismissive. He wanted to order nothing for at home treatment. Initially said we could go to the pcp. Mind you, my child hasn't slept for over two nights. I had to talk him into at least sending the breathing treatment. He ordered a chest xray but said there are no signs of pneumonia, so we could go if we wanted to. Then he alluded to some of the s

Please find somewhere else to go for your health needs. Sean should reconsider his future in health care. While in waiting room I could hear all of them talking negative about the patients. Its rather concerning this place is still open given all the negative reviews. The responses from my Lvhn clearly don't help anyone. I would like a call from customer service.
