Weis Pharmacy

I transferred my prescriptions to this Weis pharmacy about 6 months ago after my Rite Aid closed. Every time I go there, there are 6-7 people in line and only one cashier. It's never quick. Additionally, the last 2 times I picked up meds, the prices they told me I owed were about 5x higher than normal. Turns out they didn't bill my health insurance. Overall, I've been very unhappy with this pharmacy and I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Weis was not prepared for the influx from Rite Aid. 98% of the time none answers the phone in addition to having to wait a long time to get you meds which is trying after a hard day at work. In addition to not being willing to utilize a different company to get an EpiPen expecting customer to pay full price or not get it when another pharmacy has it with no copay.

Being honest, this pharmacy is kind of a joke. I called at noon today to fill in my prescriptions. However, I could never get somebody on the line and I’ve been there almost 3 months and only once someone picked up the phone for me. I had to go through the automated and it wasn’t giving me a choice to fill up my prescriptions until next week, which I can’t go without. Luckily, I took the last time slot of the day At 4:30 PM (assumed so because I wasn’t given any other time after 4:30) and got here around 5 PM yet my medication’s were not touched.. What’s the point of going through the automated system and telling me that my meds will be ready at a specific time and they are not? I left multiple messages about transferring my scripts or seeing if I even had anything there no one ever reache

Awful customer service since you took on all the rite aid customers!! They Called and told me my prescription was ready only to find out when I got there it was not even there and had to be ordered! If my dog dies tonight because of this it's on your company!!

Got all my prescriptions transferred over from Rite Aid and I can’t even get someone on the phone to help me figure out all the transfers. I called 6 times within one day and still no answer. I even tried calling the service desk to help me get through to them and they couldn’t even tell them to answer the phone.
